Create a Space Engineers game server

Installing the Space Engineers game server
You need to connect to the server via RDP, install the Steam client and log in to your account. After installing Steam and logging in, open the "Library" menu and enter Space Engineers Dedicated Server in the "Tools" field. Install the found game server, wait for the download to complete.
Server setup
After installation is complete, you need to start the game server. This can be done in the steam client, as shown in the screenshot below. Next, you can proceed to the configuration settings of your game server. In the extended menu you can specify the server name, connection port, password, maximum number of players and many other settings. All settings are made depending on your preferences. After completing the settings, click the "Save & Start" button to save the settings and start the game server.
Connecting to the game server
Install and launch the Space Engineers game client on your PC in your Steam account. To connect to your server, open the Join menu in the game and select "Direct connection". Then specify the IP address of your server and port (in the format 193.164.17.37:27016) and click "Join".
If you have configured everything correctly, the game will connect to the server you created.
